14. Anodization of Aluminum Alloy 1050:

Anodization of aluminum is an industrially important process. The study involves (a) surveying of the literature for the conditions of anodization of aluminum, (b) setting up of the experimental apparatus for the anodization, (c) anodization of the aluminum samples at different conditions, (d) microscopic investigation of the oxide layers formed on the anodized aluminum surfaces, and (e) comparison of the results with the literature.

 

15. Electrochemical Testing of Anodized Aluminum Alloy 1050:

The study involves (a) the literature survey of the related studies, (b) learning about electrochemical tests, (c) electrochemical testing of aluminum and of anodized aluminum, (d) the microscopic investigation of the surface after the corrosion tests, and (e) comparison of the results with the literature.
