Course Objectives:

This course is about understanding the basics of molecular and cellular biology and human genetics.

Course Content:

Cell structure and functions of cell organelles, structures and functions of DNA, RNA and proteins, the patterns of inheritance and genetic disorders and their repair mechanisms. Genetic diseases like cancer. Molecular biology and biotechnology application fields in medicine.
