Course Objectives:
The goal of this course is to acquire the abilities necessary to manage a construction project in each phase including planning, design, bidding and construction, developing basic skills on applications of planning and management techniques and technologies, based on examples and case studies.
Course Content:
In collaboration with a project management company from the industry, understanding new technologies in project management, plannig, cost management, design management, tender and contract management, quality management, risk management, site management, environmental management and green buildings, business development practices with sample data, examples of Building Information Management (BIM) applications and new developments in digital project management.
