Yeditepe University Students
In order to be eligible for application to an ERASMUS/Exchange Program, a student must meet following criteria:
- CGPA: 2.20 or higher
- The student should have studied for at least one semester in Yeditepe University.
- The student should have to register for at least one semester upon returning from the ERASMUS Partner University in order to graduate.
ERASMUS/Exchange applications cover a one-semester study at an abroad university
ERASMUS Agreements are signed between departments of universities in different countries. Exchange Agreements, on the other hand, are signed between universities and are limited with the quotas announced by the International Office. A list of the agreements is given in this page for our department whereas further information can be provided from the Department Coordinator.
Application dates are announced by the International Office, also announced by our department. Applicants have to proceed with the online application by using their student e-mails (studentname@std.yeditepe.edu.tr). Please click for detailed information and application.
Once the online application has been completed, following documents should be submitted to the Department ERASMUS/ExchangeCoordinator:
- A hard copy (i.e. printout) of the online application form
- Transcript
- Copy of the National ID Card
- 1 Passport-sized Photo
Following the application, the candidates have to attend the Language Exam. The date of the exam is announced by the International Office. Applicants achieving a grade higher than 60 over 100 from the Language Exam are taken to an interview by the Department ERASMUS/Exchange Coordinator on a declared date. The application may be approved or rejected by considering the candidates success in the interview and the quotas declared by the abroad university. Successive applicants continue the process by applying to the International Office and following the directions announced on their website.
Financial responsibilities of students to Yeditepe University are not affected by participating in an ERASMUS or Exchange program. Financial support may be available for students attending the ERASMUS program, announced by the International Office. Financial support may be cancelled upon students request.
The list of the universities who have signed an ERASMUS Agreement with our Department is given on the below. New agreements are to be added upon completition of further negotiations. Agreements can also be set upon request of students.
