MOLECULAR CELL BIOLOGY LABORATORY
Our laboratory performs activity level determination analyses of transcription factors that migrate to the nucleus and are activated, such as NF-κB, in 10 µg nuclear protein isolates using the Electrophoretic Mobility Shift Assay method.

IMAGE ANALYSIS LABORATORY
In our laboratory where image analyses are performed with Real-time cell imaging system, Confocal and Fluorescence microscopes, image control and recording processes without opening the lid with Real-Time Cell Imaging System (live imaging system) in cell-based studies with its incubator integrated to the microscope, 3D analysis of organelles, cytoskeletal elements and macromolecules marked or not with fluorescent dye with 405nm, 488nm, 555nm, 639nm Laser Scanning Upright Confocal microscope, 3D analysis of the locations of organelles, cytoskeleton elements and macromolecules in the cell, Invert Fluorescence With the microscope, the locations of the cytoskeletal elements of the organelles marked with fluorescent dye are analyzed within the cell.
REGENERATIVE BIOLOGY LABORATORY
We provide services within the scope of magnetic separation of hematopoietic cells, obtaining cardiac cells from heart tissue with the cardiac digestion system and hematopoietic stem cell analysis.
In Hematopoietic Stem Cell Analysis, the quantity analysis of murine hematopoietic stem cells with flow cytometry, analysis of LSKCD34low, Lin-, Sca-1+, c-Kit+, CD34Low mouse markers, analysis of human blood stem cells, CD34, CD133, CD90 characterization are performed.
In the Magnetic Separation Analysis of Hematopoietic Cells, the separation analysis of the murine lineage negative population is performed using BD IMagnet with Anti-mouse CD3e, clone 145-2C11 Anti-mouse CD11, clone M1/70, Anti-mouse CD45R/B220, clone RA3-6B2, Anti-mouse Ly-6G and Ly-6C (Gr-1), clone RB6-8C5, Anti-mouse TER-119/Erythroid Cells, clone TER-119.
In the cardiac cell collection analysis from heart tissue with the cardiac digestion system, cardiac cells are isolated from mouse, rat and rabbit hearts. Animals must be anesthetized before the procedure and their hearts must be transferred to the cardiac digestion system.
NANOBIOTECHNOLOGY LABORATORY
In our nanobiotechnology laboratory, where the synthesis and characterization analyses of nanoparticles such as gold and silver are carried out, we provide analysis services for the needs of the work to be done using advanced technology devices such as Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Atomic Force Microscope (AFM), Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), UV-vis Spectrophotometer, Infrared Spectrometer and Fluorescence Spectrophotometer.
