Course Objectives: 
The goal of this course is to provide students with the necessary information for urban water systems and their engineering properties, as well as teaching them basic principles of design for these systems.
Course Content: 

Introduction; elements of the urban water systems; water demand; water supply systems (extraction, treatment and distribution); wastewater systems (collection, treatment and disposal); sludge management; urban stormwater drainage; alternative concepts in water supply and wastewater engineering.
