Course Objectives:

Learning fiber reinforced composite materials, fiber/textile based nanoengineering materials and advanced material applications by giving in-depth information about fiber and textile structures and their properties.

Course Content:

Within the scope of the course, information will be given about fiber technology, fiber production methods, high performance fibers, functionalized fibers with nano additives, nanofibers and their applications, and then advanced material applications such as technical textiles, nanoengineering applications, smart textiles.
