Erasmus / Exchange Applications
Yeditepe Students
Students with a CGPA of minimum 2.20 who completed at least one academic year at Yeditepe, University and has at least one semester left to their graduation can to apply for studying abroad for one semester through Erasmus or Exchange programs.
Erasmus agreements are made between departments. Exchange agreements, on the other hand, are made between the universities and are limited with the quotas announced by the International Office. You can get information about the universities that can be applied from the Erasmus/Exchange coordinator of our department. Each semester, the application dates are announced by the International Office and our department. Applications can be made online using an e-mail address ending with yeditepe.edu.tr extension. You need to submit the printout of the form filled online together with a photo, a photocopy of your ID and a copy of transcript to Erasmus/Exchange coordinator of our department.
You will be requested to take an English exam short after your application. The exam date is announced by the International Office. Those who get at least 60 points will take an oral exam whose date is determined by the Erasmus/Exchange coordinator of our department. Your application is evaluated based on your score and the quota of the university that you want to study. After the acceptance, you can access all the necessary documents and learn the steps to follow from the web page of the International Office.
Financial responsibilities of a student to Yeditepe University are not affected by a participation to Erasmus or exchange program. However, students who attend to an Erasmus program may get a financial support. The amount of this support is announced by the International Office. Those who wish may disclaim the financial support.
