Submission of the 2020 Internship Report and Evaluation Form
Students who complete internship in the 2020 Summer term are required to submit their internship reports, approved by the company (signature and stamp on each page), via COADSYS until October 1, 2020. Evaluation forms must be sent to the Department Internship Coordinator, approved and signed by the company internship officer, from the e-mail address of the company.
Internship reports, evaluation forms and internship application documents must also be submitted with wet signature to the Faculty of Engineering Student Affairs Secretariat until 8 October 2020. Evaluation forms must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Only the following file type should be used for internship reports.
