Büşra SÜRÜCÜ, one of the students of our department, was entitled to be a STAR Scholar in the TÜBİTAK 1002 project titled "Production of plum snack enriched with vitex Agnus Castus) extract, examination of its quality characteristics and shelf life", which is carried out by Dr. Lecturer Özge TAŞTAN, one of our department faculty members. We congratulate our student and wish her continued success.
