Course Objectives: 
To provide the students the necessary skills to develop and implement a research or design project, to analyse, report and present its findings effectively by applying the knowledge and skills accrued during their education, aimed at creating solutions to current food engineering problems.
Course Content: 

Under the supervision of a faculty member, to develop and implement a research or design project that includes product or process design, or an experimental study, or a modelling study, or a survey study to assess the needs, problems, and behaviour/practices of consumers/food industry, or a sector, product or system analysis; to analyse, interpret, report and present its findings.
